Privacy Notice (KVKK)
This notice has been prepared in connection with the processing of website visitors’ personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Oğulcan Kılıç, acting as data controller, within the scope and for the purposes described below.
2. Personal Data Processed
Data you provide via the contact form — such as your name, email address, phone number and message content — may be processed.
Only the data you submit is processed; you are advised not to share sensitive or confidential information through the form.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed to respond to your contact and appointment requests, to assess your questions and to communicate with you.
4. Legal Basis
Your data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent and the legitimate interest and establishment/exercise of a right under Article 5 of the KVKK.
5. Transfers
Save for legal obligations and cases prescribed by legislation, your personal data is not shared with third parties.
6. Retention Period
Your data is retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and the periods prescribed by relevant legislation; once the period ends, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may exercise your rights to learn whether your data is processed, request information, and request correction or deletion, among others.
